The data that we collect from you is stored on our internal PCs, we use a software package called Invotech which has its own security settings built in each staff member has an individual user name and password.
All information you provide us is stored on our secure server. By submitting your personal data, you agree to storing or processing. The transmission of information via internet is not completely secure. Although we will always do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site, any transmission is your own risk. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

We use information held in the following ways:

To ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us.
To notify you of changes to our operations, or services. This would not be in a direct marketing manner more one of communication.
To direct market- we would send text message details on our products and services available up to and including special offers. This would only be completed with customers that have agreed to our terms and conditions. Each message would always have the option to opt out and every customer has the option of contacting us directly to remove their data from our system. We may send text messages, emails or other marketing methods which is purely to offer our services. If any customers wishes to optout there is always a function within these services where a customer can optout and at no charge to the customer.

Your personal information is available on the system to all users of the main PC, all staff will be sufficiently trained and aware of the sensitivity of all users’ data.
We may commit to not disclosing your personal information by ensuring staff are suitably GDPR trained.
If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mayfield Community School Sports Complex, our customers, or others. Access to information

Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 (the Acts) give you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance by the Acts. Any access request may be subject to a fee of €10.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
All data request must be submitted to the Mayfield Community School Sports Complex manager. The fee can be paid over the phone or in cash payment on site. The data report will then be processed from date of payment received and within 30 days of said request.
